Beneficiaries

PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS.

Hoping to help to meet the Millennium Development Goal 2 of achieving universal primary education Target3 which is to ensure that by 2015, children everywhere boys and girls alike, will complete a full course of primary school, Orbus Global Solutions has devised Project LEAD (Leadership Education Aspiration Development) to motivate these children to become future leaders. In line with the organization’s core values and desire to give back to society, the Project LEAD initiative will donate 2015 complete school pack to 2015 students across the country (school pack contains school bag and other basic writing materials ), donate textbooks to the pupils to aid and improve their reading skills, and donate relevant examination materials such as textbook, past questions for final year pupils preparing for common entrance and secondary school students preparing for WAEC/ NECO as the case, maybe.

The project LEAD started in Lagos at the Salaudeen nursery and primary school Araromi in Ikorodu where we gave the pupils school bags containing relevant writing materials and goodies. We have extended the project to Katsina State, Abia State, and Delta State. In Katsina State, we donated school bags to the pupils of Muhammadu Rabiu Model Primary school, Jibiya while in Abia and Delta State we also donated school bags to Amoji Lodu Imenyi Primary School and Ofovwe Primary School, respectively. We donated textbooks and WAEC past questions and key points to Government Girls Secondary School (unity school), Jibiya Katsina State, Government Day Secondary school, Jibiya Katsina State, and Lodu Imeyi Community Secondary School, Abia State to help improve the WAEC performance of the students.  The pupils and students in all the schools the project were done so far have shown immense gratitude and delight to the impact this project will make and urged the organization to continue their excellent work. In months to come the project LEAD will be extended to other geo-political zones.
